Create PA is a new workforce development program from the Pittsburgh Film Office designed to attract, develop, and retain crew work talent to support the growing film and television industry of Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania. Create PA reinforces the growing local entertainment industry by supporting rising professionals and emerging youth in achieving their career goals by providing job training.

CREATE PA aims to expand access to behind-the-scenes crew work by removing barriers to entry for adults 18 and older who have historically faced obstacles breaking into the film industry. Our mission is to build a stronger, more inclusive regional workforce through free training opportunities.
