When The Old Singer Was Better

There are a number of bands that have lost a lead singer because of a breakup or death. The smart ones realize that their lead singer was the voice/face of the band and that none of their future stuff will sound the same without him/her.

Other bands think that they can keep on going — and even try to find a singer that sounds as closely as they can get to their original singer. I’m sorry, but Journey isn’t the same without Steven Perry — and after listening to the new Fuel CD “Angels and Devils”, they are definitely not the same without Brett Scallions. I used to really like Fuel, but they gotta bring Brett back!
