Terrible Sports Weekend
I don’t think this past weeked could’ve gotten any worse for me regarding the sports teams that I follow and cheer for. Penn State (my employer), Notre Dame and the Pittsburgh Steelers all lost their games this weekend — and PSU and ND lost them in the final seconds! As for the Steelers, Tommy Maddox needs to quit his bitching and go back to selling insurance. I think his time in the NFL is up.
They say that bad things normally happen in threes — and this weekend definitely lived up to that. I’m just glad it is Monday and I can try to look forward to this weekend’s games!
