It’s About Time Dell

After a consistent decline in sales and customer satisfaction, Dell has finally decided to actually try to improve their business and restore consumer confidence in their products. Their first step is to get rid of rebates and change their promotions around based on the rising tide of consumer anger about having to fill out forms to get money back off of their purchase — as well not really knowing the “true” price of their purchase. Kudos to Dell for finally figuring out what they were doing wrong and trying to fix it!
