Going To Zone Defense
That’s how my best friend Mike responded when I told him that Melissa and I are expecting our third child in November. He said “well you know…..you have to go to a zone defense now”. It took me a little bit to think about what he meant, but then I got a kick out of it. He’s right. Right now, Melissa and I can each take care of one child, but with the arrival of our newest child, we can’t do “man-to-man” anymore!
We’ve received a lot of “that’s great news” and “We’re so happy for you”, but Mike definitely had the most original response to our announcement.
