Free 411
I haven’t used directory assistance/411 since I found out about Google SMS, but now there is a company called Jingle Networks that offers free directory assistance if you listen to a commercial related to the phone number you’ve requested.
The phone number is 1-800-FREE-411 and the web site is www.free411.com. I’m gonna try this phone number out and see if it’s worth listening to the ads. I bet it’s better than spending almost $2.00 per call to 411!
