Egyptian Doctors Remove Baby’s Second Head
I don’t mean to sound crass, but I had no idea that there would be a picture of the child with the conjoined twin attached to its head when I clicked on this link. I hope that this little girl recovers quickly and fully, but this part of the article really freaked me out:
“The head that was removed from Manar had been capable of smiling and blinking but not independent life, doctors said.”
Smiling and blinking? Holy crap! Does this mean that the conjoined twin had a brain? If so, was it murdered by being removed? I never knew that this was a real condition that someone could have. I just though that it was something that Trey and Matt made up for that one episode of South Park!
