Close minded in Costa Mesa
So let me get this right….they aren’t allowed to go to a Catholic school to be educated and learn about God because their dads are gay? Am I hearing this right? These parents want to stop these children from LEARNING ABOUT GOD because they are being raised by two men?
Why should these kids be punished because these parents think that their dads are immoral? The superintendent of the diocese school system was right when he said “that if Catholic beliefs were strictly adhered to, then children whose parents divorced, used birth control or married outside the church would also have to be banned.”.
I think these parents need to start acting like the Christians that they tell their kids they are. They are setting a terrible example for their children by introducing hatred and bigotry into their lives.
