Call Me, Not Them

Most of my friends and family call me to help them with their computer problems. I normally don’t charge them and instead barter with them for my services — e.g. carpentry help from Ray, electrical help from Rodger, etc. They know that they can trust me to help them, but reading articles like this won’t push anyone towards the “‘big box” stores that offer I services.
