Bring On Denver!
I hope that the Steelers victory over the Colts today will finally silence all of the people that think that Peyton Manning is a member of the Holy Trinity. He has proven — once again — that he can’t win the big games and always chokes in the playoffs. No one gave the Steelers a chance and I’m ecstatic that we get to play Denver for the championship. Like other Steelers fans, I basically bit all of my nails and went through multiple times of my heart being in my stomach, but at least I didn’t have a heart attack during the game!
The bookies in Vegas are favoring Denver since we’re 3 1/2 point underdogs, but we clearly showed today that being the road team and not favored doesn’t mean anything. I was at the AFC Championship game last year and it was one of the most depressing days in my life. For some reason, I get a good feeling about the game this Sunday and I hope I’m right. GO STEELERS!!!
