Act 47 versus Wi-Fi
It’s depressing. Pittsburgh is fighting for its financial existence, while San Francisco and Philadelphia are concentrating on making their entire cities wireless. I wonder when, if ever, that we’ll be able to do this in Pittsburgh. We have some pockets of wi-fi, but you must pay for them. I guess we can dream…….
