Bill Nunn Sr.
I had the opportunity to meet Bill Nunn at a Steelers game last year. He’s a very cool guy with such a rich history here in Pittsburgh — especially with the Steelers. I think it’s great that the Post-Gazette did an article on him yesterday. It’s worth the read.

Not Everyone Is Evil
In the middle of terrible fighting in the Middle East and missiles being launched in North Korea, here is a local story that shows that even though people can be really bad, they can also be really good. I’m proud of my fellow Pittsburghers for showing their concern and generosity to two total strangers.
WAMO
I’ve listened to WAMO before, but I never knew the history of the station until I read yesterday’s article in the Post-Gazette about the station. I had no idea that the AMO in WAMO stands for the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio rivers.
